Hi former Panda, We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with your fellow Pandas (we know we’ve got the best of the best with us in our den!). At Bitpanda, our DNA reflects the incredible culture we’ve built together with our Pandas. We do our very best to ensure that everyone in our den lives and breathes each of them to make this an open, honest and fully transparent workplace. As you know, the market sentiment has dramatically changed over the past few months. This has been fuelled by geopolitical tensions, rising inflation and concerns about the imminence of a recession. However, we’ve seen crypto winters before and always gotten out of them stronger. Right now, we're getting back to basics and prioritising safety and compliance, user experience, education and community to ensure we’re well-positioned to keep building on our mission and stay ahead of the curve once the markets recover.
