Fellow ceramics instructors were great!
Cons
Lack of leadership and poor communication. Owner and manager were not on the same page and often spent more time contradicting one another with tasks for employees to complete than teaching us and supporting our growth. Incredibly understaffed. Promised pay raise and never received.
