Severely undermines trust and creates a sense of instability. Paying employees on time is a basic operational expectation of working in a corporate, and somehow this company lacked. *Most of the functional departments located at US - makes you feel always ON because inevitably the international branches need to communicate with them out of your timezone. *Catching up with AI - both selling products and workspace utilization is way behind.
