      Pros

      Great teams (if you got their ideals) and some good products to work with. Tradeshows

      Cons

      Was expected to work tradeshows for no extra pay, just travel and expenses. Managers don't seem to care about teams, just their "chosen few"

      Great working atmosphere. Talented colleagues, always willing to share knowledge. Great location in Bristol Cabot Circus. Interesting projects (Broadcast Video products).

      Cons

      No benefit package except for pension contributions (but maybe higher pay to make up for the lack of other benefits).
