Pros
Location is a definite plus. You just board down the Metro at HUDA station and walk conveniently to the office premises. And as for premises - it's good too, kind of a milestone in the area.
Cons
Salary never on time. Rude/arrogant/indifferent hr and policies. You never know when they will fire you just like that. Also you never know when the salary will hit you on time. Though the Indian labor law has laid down guideline to disburse salary by 10th of every month, Square Yards vehemently defies it sometimes releasing salary as late as 14th of the given month. Nothing much to learn, here everybody is pushing hard to every other in the top management. The hierarchy is thriving on ointing each other.
