Blue Bear is the place to be if you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. The clients are exciting, the location is perfect (sitting quaintly in Denver's ballpark neighborhood), and the culture is awesome. At BBC, you truly feel like you're working amongst the best of the best. The team is hungry to learn, friendly, and approachable -- which makes for a great overall dynamic. As a smaller, boutique-style agency, you often collaborate directly with large clients which offers solid experience for those wanting to advance in the industry quickly.
Cons
There really aren't any major cons to Blue Bear, though experience working on multiple clients is a big plus because at times you have to juggle many projects at once. The fast-paced nature can be challenging at times, but it's very rewarding.
