Decent first job out of college, but be prepared to be overworked

Pros
No PTO (can take vacation time whenever,) snacks, can work from home if you’re sick or have a snow day. Coworkers are great and you’ll often do happy hours together outside of work.
Cons
Oftentimes we would over-promise and under-deliver due to the people selling our services not knowing what goes into the product. Was literally told multiple times by the president that he “doesn’t understand what I do”. The company would always hire people straight out of college, most likely so they could lowball starting wage. Many coworkers felt loyal to the company due to the president “giving them a chance” straight out of college, therefore never leaving or asking for a higher salary.
