It seems that if you're a family member or relative of someone in a position of authority, it's much easier to get a job here. The company feels like one big family, as every third person appears to be the brother, sister, or relative of someone in higher management.
Cons

Instead, people who are good at office politics receive recognition, even when they contribute very little. - Many people in senior positions act as if they are above the rules. They often engage in blame games instead of taking responsibility, contribute very little themselves, and lack the qualities of effective leaders. - The workplace culture is unprofessional. Many employees display a lack of knowledge, civic sense, basic etiquette, and professionalism.
