Supportive team, great atmosphere and exciting time to work here & witness BlueSnap's expansion into global market! In my opinion, there is really a startup mindset here: everyone is seen as equal in expressing their ideas&concerns about company, products and our joint goal to provide best possible service to our clients.

Nothing that can't be settled at our weekly meetings :)

- BlueSnap is a fast paced payments company - BlueSnap operate in a high growth sector which is largely unaffected by recessions and market dynamics - With a relatively flat flat company structure each role carries a lot of responsibility - Vast payments experience throughout the company and highly motivated management team - CEO and management team who have worked together before and ran successful businesses in the past - Clear company objective and strategy + road map to deliver - Good internal support provided to employees to to facilitate success - USP's within the payment landscape over competitors

Cons

- Fewer benefits offered to employees compared to some large Corporates - No funding available for further/higher education or qualifications
