Pros

If you're on the brink of homelessness and cannot find a job literally anywhere else, I guess you can work here.

Cons

Literally everything else. I've never seen a company penny pinch more than Bluenotes. Incredibly stingy with giving out hours, which means you're constantly understaffed, which means you're overworked, and the pay is absolute garbage. Required to fill out tons of useless paperwork everyday when you need to be doing other things. Required to print out tons of useless bulletins that nobody will ever read. Loss prevention micromanagers literally watch you live from the store cameras. They say retail is a soul crushing job, but Bluenotes is truly bottom of the barrel. You will do better elsewhere.

Pros

Nothing good to say, really.

Cons

- Poor management - Brutal CEO, the worst I ever met. - Inconsistent decision making by management, lacks vision. - Horrible culture, turn over a nightmare. - Unreasonable deadlines - Horrible use of talented people -Long hours, you are expected to stay late with no additional pay. If you love your profession, please find another job. This place is a nightmare, is not a fashion company.
