Pros

Orah is a great place to work if you're looking for a healthy work-life balance and a supportive team environment. The leadership actively promotes innovation, especially in AI, and encourages learning and experimentation. The people here are genuinely collaborative and kind, which makes everyday work enjoyable.

Cons

Some roles can become a bit monotonous over time depending on your team or function. There's room for introducing more variety or stretch projects to keep things fresh.

Pros

Remote work culture A couple of employees are very friendly from the Team Group meetings allow you to engage with everyone Sweet ops manager, tries her best to get you the necessary support Great product & amazing developers Good leave policy & Compensation Good playbooks & content Growing company & has a high potential

Cons

The sales so-called manager is very difficult to work with & Does not convey things discussed between them & the employee to the CEO Sales manager steals sdr leads & mqls that are supposed to be on first come first serve bases just to show his numbers high CEO isn't aware of the toxicity in the sales team by the manager. The CEO trusts the Manager blindly and does not keep a watch on the data You cannot have an opinion and a voice You are expected to meet targets even during the prospect holiday season If many people are being fired from your SDR team it's not their fault, you might want to check what the SDR manager is up to Using words like F@@k during meetings (nonaggressive)? Does not go right with their culture & values Bad sales incentive structure

Hey there, I'm sorry we have made you feel this way. I've taken the advice regarding moving skilled employees into management roles. I agree, this is a learning and competency doesn't always equate to great management. Your SDR manager is still developing their skills and I can assure you there was no malice or collusion to steal leads. I do want to clarify that I do look at the data, so I apologise if I've made you feel like I haven't been listening - to rectify the issue of not feeling listened to, I've begun holding 1v1's with all SDR's as well. Thanks again and I wish you all the best. Paul
