Pros
Everyone you met was also looking for another job. So everyone working there was also an active job searcher.
Cons
Where to begin? Firstly when there’s only 3 maintenance people you can’t afford to have one of them insist on being called “! Especially when he’s NOT an engineer! His toxic, adolescent, attitude towards others runs people right out the door. He’ll complain about the quality of other work while at the same time has fastening things together with C clamps! The code violations are beyond the pale. From having 480 volt extension cords laying in water, to using PVC on a boiler system! There’s just no way it’s legal!

There are some really good people there who don't deserve to be treated the way they are on a daily basis.
Cons
The amount of unnecessary stress that comes from ownership is ridiculous. Often you are treated like a child. Lack of a professional environment. Not climate controlled in NC! Low pay and poor benefits
