There is no pros of working in this organization.

Cons

They will hire and fire you at any time. They are biased towards individuals,teams and each and every perspective. Their leads and upper management are so rude and doesn't have any manners to talk to individuals . They treat juniors and others seniors or any person like daily worker and gives no respect. They will mentally Harass you at such level that you as an individual will doubt at yourself. They don't value about your works at all. They don't provide any hike or any promotion. They have the worst work culture and I will never ever recommend anyone to join this organization. Pathetic product with no road maps. And no ethics of work culture. Don't join this organization even if you don't have job do not join this organization at any cost. They simply hire when they have work load and will fire you at any time without any prior notice and will blame you for your work that you are the person responsible for this even though you worked on weekends and gave your 200%. They are cheaters, fraud and what not.

Run in an unprofessional, ad-hoc manner with no real structure or processes. Poor work-life balance. Work is largely trivial and repetitive, offering little challenge or real impact. No learning or career development support; projects are expected to be delivered with cutting-edge tech but without any funding or resources. Decision-making is centralized with a few individuals, often irrational and short-sighted. Interns are heavily exploited, treated as cheap labour rather than future hires. Hire-and-fire culture creates constant fear and instability. Incentives, bonuses, and hikes are frequently delayed or denied outright. Compensation is far below industry standards. Zero career growth for experienced employees; no hikes, no challenges, no recognition. Rampant favouritism and discriminatory treatment. HR and leadership are tone-deaf, disconnected, and dismissive of employee concerns.

Cons

Undervaluation of Employees: The organization undervalues its employees, creating a demotivating work environment. Frequent Hire-and-Fire Practices: A high turnover rate results from constant hiring and firing, which destabilizes the workforce. Over-Reliance on Interns: Interns are frequently hired and converted to full-time roles after 6-12 months. These full-time employees are then replaced by newly recruited interns. This leads to an organization largely run by interns, with very few experienced employees remaining. Knowledge Hoarding: Full-time employees often fear sharing knowledge with interns, fearing replacement, further contributing to a toxic and unstable workplace. Damage to Morale and Careers: Such practices significantly lower employee morale and derail professional growth. Micromanagement Culture: A culture of micromanagement stifles creativity and autonomy among employees. Unresponsive HR Department: HR is particularly ineffective in responding to employees’ needs. There are significant delays in processing post-resignation documents.
