Communication is open and collaborative, and there's a real culture of supporting each other. The Tech Lead and CTO are both highly competent and encourage people to take ownership, share ideas, and grow. I was trusted with significant responsibility early on, and the team, especially the CTO, made sure I had the support I needed to succeed. The product is also genuinely interesting and feels like it has meaningful impact.
