Flexible Time, gradual increases, spot bonuses, promotions without any required months of employment, good working environment, approachable employees, and promotes teamwork.
Cons
You have to grind your hours for an estimator role for it is paid hourly for months or if your excellent in just weeks you'll be promoted and entitled to have a fixed rate.
