Pros

- If you’re desperate for a job or want a crash course in what not to do at a company, this is the place. - Small team, so you’ll get exposed to everything (but not in a good way).

Cons

- No work-life balance: Be prepared to work long hours, weekends, and answer emails after hours — all without appreciation. - High turnover rate: Mass resignations within short periods — most staff burn out quickly and leave. - Poor management: Upper management is completely disconnected from day-to-day operations. They have no idea how things really work on the ground. - Company lacks structure: No SOPs, no onboarding, no training. You’re expected to "figure things out" from day one. - Small team (<15 people): Which means everyone is expected to do everything from A to Z. - Toxic culture: Blame culture is strong. Management quick to push fault on staff when things go wrong. - Management talks a lot but delivers little — all words, no real action. - No career growth: No learning, no mentorship, no clear path. Promotions are rare, take excessive time and effort. - All key positions occupied by westerners: No diversity in leadership. Local voices often ignored or undervalued. - Low morale: No team spirit, everyone just trying to survive and get out. - No HR support: No proper complaint channel. If you raise issues, you're seen as a troublemaker.

Pros

Company with too many team building and lunch and gatherings, did not focus on training and work life balance, no family time and also nonsense of team building with colleagues as each of us are working independently , not point of having team building , waste of resources on lunch and snacks, better increase salary, people are “friendly”

Cons

No need for team building, lunches, gatherings! Resources are wrongly located , more salary is better
