Pros

Work from home that's about it

Cons

Many teething technical issues with new campaigns, not enough support and guidance. Communication between TL and agents takes 48 hours whether it's an emergency or not. I was not notified I was being off board until the middle of my shift. I can't connect anyone you UIF assistant. The email addresses I have has been closed. I've tried to use the social media platforms to communicate with them an no one has responded in 7 working days (LinkedIn)
