Worked with some fantastic and very inspiring people at a time of great change for the business which it fundamentally coped with quite well. Management were interested in staff and staff engagement and sought to give you autonomy.
Cons
Pay was a challenge and in some areas they lagged behind the market norm. I also found that I was restricted from having easy access to information that I needed to do my job - not that it wasn't available but that I had to receive it in an inconvenient and inefficient way and it took several years to change this which I felt impacted on efficiency and process
