-good brand -good quality clothes -nothing else to add, unfortunately

-high staff turnover -inefficient HR -inability of London and Paris HO to manage the company to release the full potential of the brand and full potential of employees -the company is in huge debt -no proper essentials for employees

No pros at all to be honest. Like literally horrific experience and don't bother applying there as there are much better places out there

Cons

I don't even know where to start! I had an interview at Selfridges store in London with their assistant manager and I have to say the most unprofessional interview in my whole working career! Don't bother applying there because it's an absolute waste of time! They expect you to know the brand in so much depth as if you already work there. Absolute waste of time.

Definitely a great place where only strong or potentially strong people can learn a lot about luxury retail and impeccable customer service.

Cons

I think not the ideal place where you can build your career. Probably due to the fact that there are only 7 shops throughout the UK.
