      Pros

      Working with Baris zeren was a great experience. Entire team worked hand in gloves to ensure smooth run of operations. Company has many growth opportunities for all employees of all categories. I had full autonomy to decide and undertake my work which gave me lot of confidence to show my skills. Management is caring and no politics driven decisions.

      Cons

      Working hours may be little flexible. Certain things are currently evolving that are going to take a bit of time.

      I worked here for 3 years and had a great experience. The team is supportive, and the work culture is positive and encouraging. I learned a lot, got to work on interesting projects, and always felt valued.

      Sometimes things moved quickly and plans changed, but that’s common in growing companies.
