Pros
WFH setup for the most part. You are able to still have a life outside of work in some ways. Feedback is welcomed but not much is done about it making you sound like a broken record.
Cons
Benefits are severely lacking. HR is a big headache. They value tenure rather than actual skills. People who are leading teams are clueless about a lot of things that they should be knowledgeable about. It breeds mediocracy and incompetent workers. Clear that a lot of people are there just for the easy paycheck. Lots of empty promises regarding appraisals/promotions. Late salaries/raises are not uncommon. It is not as obvious, but there are also some politics involved. The company has no clear direction, especially after pivoting so many times. Do not expect to learn a lot here especially if this isn't your first job. There is a lack of guidance and training. Lying to prospective partners about certain numbers or data is also somewhat apparent.
