Everyone works a lot. So my hours were long and client meetings were always long. Better co-ordination amongst department would have helped.

While the company does offer great opportunities for growth and knowledge, the overall experience is overshadowed by a toxic work culture. Managers and bosses often display double standards and favoritism, making it difficult to feel motivated or genuinely appreciated unless you are among their personal favorites. There is little respect for personal boundaries, and the lack of work-life balance makes the environment even more stressful. Although the professional development can be valuable, it may not be worth the mental and emotional toll.
