Pros

A free drink per shift

Cons

You will only get far working here is you suck up to the 'managers', they only care about themselves and their money. 'Managers' if you can even call them that, expect you to drop your life for this place while they sit on their phone and leave the shop at any given moment. Leave underage staff alone, don't pay properly, same age people on different wages. Rude behaviour from 'managers' and shout in your face in front of customers. Having inappropriate relationships and make staff extremely uncomfortable. Male 'managers' looking badly at young girls. Speak to you like you're a piece of dirt, they are extremely racist to members of staff who are not white, they expect you to work overtime and don't pay you for it. Constantly being watched on cctv like you're in the big brother house. Don't appraise you for anything good, only focus on the mistakes you make and act like it's the end of the word. According to the 'managers' staff can't be friends and do things as a group outside of work. You will get watched on cctv like you're in the big brother house. They will push you out if you confront them for all the things you don't agree with and make you look like a bad person even though you're not doing anything wrong, just looking out for the rest of the team. Stay away from this place.

Pros

Free drink on shift, some nice staff

Cons

whole of the management is atrocious, they enjoy hiring young power hungry store managers who find joy in making the younger staff's days miserable, the targets stores are set are too rigid and ultimately result in the staff being told off for errors they're not responsible for, organisation is awful don't even bother trying to book a holiday they will forget they approved it and then you will receive a phone call while your sat by the beach asking where you are, Any emotionally difficult events are completely dismissed too, the lack of sympathy shown to me and other staff going through situations such as losing a family member/friend was awful.
