You get to work on some cool projects and generally are given freedom to use the methods you wish and get the job done.
I learned loads working here and really enjoyed the relaxed team and atmosphere.
It's not a job for someone who just wants to turn up and clock watch. You will get found out, but hard work gets rewarded.
