Pros
I have worked in the London office of Boyden for over 2,5 years and recently left to follow a different career path. I resigned with a bit of a heavy heart as I don't know if I'll ever be lucky enough to find a business with such great, dedicated and caring people again. Culture is very important for the UK managing partners - they have focused on putting together a team which not only knows how to do their job and perform, but is genuinely a nice bunch of professionals with everyone, top to bottom, always keen to help colleagues, work as a team, and have fun along the way. It's a mature environment where employees are left a good degree of flexibility on how to do their job, as long as the work gets done. At the same time, you can learn from some seriously successful consultants there; and if you have an idea no matter how junior you are the team will listen to you if you put it forward. Quality and client/candidate dedication drives everything at Boyden and work is done at the highest standards. The company has a high rate of repeat business which is testament to the quality of the work done. Nice offices in the city is a plus and pretty good benefits compared to a lot of other search firms. I can strongly recommend this business!
Cons
Nothing negative to note - I will miss you guys!
