- time flexibility - salary on time
Cons
- company's management is worse, they have no idea how company works - so much nepotism, company giving higher position to a person who have no knowledge and professionalism. just because that person is a relative of a company's owner - only one person taking all the decisions, other management's member have no value in the company's decision - no rewards/recognition for extra/overtime works, they tell you that they will only pay 25rs/hour for extra work. that's ridiculous
