I have been in Brainstack for more than a year. Flexible working hours(WFH). Very nice and friendly environment to work. Great learning and growing opportunities for those who are willing to give their 100%. Overall a great place to learn and grow. Easy access to each and every individual in the company. Performance based appraisals. On the other hand, we have team outings every quarter to cheer our success.

I have been working in Brainstack from quite some time, and now i feel like sharing my experiences. 1. Administration is too good, they listen our queries(if any) and make sure to address them earliest. 2. Work Life balance is perfect. 3. Great opportunity for growth, as our work is noticed and appreciated. 4. Good Salary to start with(an important factor) 5. No micro-management, deliverables and time allocation given priorities. 6. Excellent work experience, and personal growth. 7. Strong Team Culture, where everyone works for the overall growth of self and organization.
