      Pros

      The only pro was that it was close to home for commuting.

      Cons

      The entire job. Toxic management and workforce. Bullying environment. Poor treatment and humiliation of new starters. Pack mentality with standing employees. No training. Thrown into tasks without proper support, then berated for getting it wrong.

      Claire runs a highly professional and efficient yet friendly and not too formal business. There is an atmosphere of mutual encouragement and a very pleasant office environment. Hard work is rewarded,
