Pros

There is a nice cage on sight with huge portions of food at very good prices. The café staff are lovely. The people who work in the lower levels at the various companies under the Brandpath umbrella are basically nice people.

Cons

The management at this place are under skilled, build fences around their turf, tell lies, do not cooperate, scheme and conspire like a bad Edwardian novella, can not make a decision that is straight and business orientated. For example, out of the blue 20 people were fired in a single day and they were allowed to stay on the network throughout the day - that is just plain stupid. The amount of harm done was catastrophic and even with urging the VP level managers could not or would not put a communications management plan into work. The rumours and bad will went unfettered and several key people left shortly after, due to the very mismanaged situation. In addition, the IT development side of things is a shambles of mismanaged efforts with no capable person on the tiller, if in fact there is a tiller at all; it is a clean hull and full sails but no destination that can be mapped. Cross purposes with the VPs who have land grabbed staff and have no logical idea what they do or how they should do it. Ineffective and laughably naïve almost to the point of being afraid to put a plan in to action and demand compliance. The ERP staff are running amok, refusing to adhere to the project plans, simply they do not want to do so in fear of being made redundant - and they are allowed to refrain from participating, putting the new project at risk. Shocking situation. The best people have left: the entire business development team, the head of Sales for Europe and lead account manager, all but one account manager, the technical writer, business analysts, IT developers, and the list is growing. One cannot do good work here, cannot implement best practices, cannot have a voice that is heard. Sad.
