      Flexible hours, room to learn, location. Diversity across all categories

      Cons

      Do not care about the health of the employees. Micromanagement. Salary is way too low compared to the market. No work life balance. Working in the weekends and after working hours. No benefits and not easy to get promoted. Not ethical.
