Given little chance to turn territory around by UK Management. Only given 6 months in role on territory after training period, not given nearly enough time to turn things around. UK Management press the panic button far too early, despite a Senior Manager also under performing on his Territory 3 Sales people let go, all after 6-9 months service, within 6 months of each other says it all.

Very poor management, not experienced in people management. Very poor job security with high turnover of staff. Very little support offered, in general they show a huge lack of experience in management. Poor benefits - no sick pay and only 20 days holiday entitlement.
