      co-workers, private office, on site gym

      Cons

      Funded by government so they require asking your clients for their SIN number. Basically tracking peoples employment status without much real support. Work with some high-barrier individuals.

      Pros

      As a newcomer to Canada, this is the best place you can possibly work. Great work life balance, very understanding and supportive management; colleagues who are willing and ready to assist

      Cons

      As with other public facing professions, you might have to deal with some difficult clients, especially with the job market now not being very good to newcomers. Some clients might get anxious and frustrated and take it out on you, but the management will give you the necessary support.
