Pros
Been with Brew for 5+ years. Left and came back. It's a great place to work for the following reasons: 1. Minimal workplace politics. Colleagues are really supportive. Any issues I have, I raise it in the general chat and someone will step forward to help me. 2. Colleagues have great digital marketing expertise, which is awesome for newcomers to learn. 3. Good range of clients, ranging from tech startups to global MNCs. You will get to work with established brand names. 4. Work from anywhere. No back-to-office BS. 5. Little to no red tape.
Cons
1. BYOD. I guess part of the work from anywhere perk is you gotta bring your own devices. 2. Gotta be upfront and ask questions. Not a place for the shrinking violet type.
