Brex truly cares about its employees. There is great transparency and communication with everyone on the team. The benefits are great too, and there is a vast room for growth. The diversity and inclusion in this company is also mind blowing!

- Learned more in the past 3-months than the last year in my previous role. - Amazing high calibre team who are always willing to lend a hand. - The company transparency/trajectory makes me extremely optimistic for the future.

Cons

- It's really hard to think of one. There is plenty of documentation, but potentially more could be helpful for onboarding?
