Pros

Such fast talkers, they couldn't recognize an opportunity if it plunked itself right on their doorstep.

Cons

Minimal wages and salary; violate employment standards for overtime and work hours; high expectations in little to no time; extremely impatient; CEO has serious anger issues and drinks while on the job (total violation of practice); they do not screen employees that the recruiters select, only do phone interviews; no work ethic; lousy practice.

Briar has been taken over and is under new management. For the record, the previous CEO adamantly denies the above comments and feels it came from a competitor. To start with, no one that worked for him appears to fit the time line given by this person. He was just starting to recruit and on his own. His approach to compensation is to always pay a little more than they ask or the competition. This is a trade mark of his. Anyone who wants to check this can contact Briar and ask to speak to some of the current people that work there. In terms of drinking, the CEO volunteers on an addiction help line for over 6 years and takes calls during work hours. To say he drinks and drinks on the job is purposeful lie to discredit Briar. And the other points like impatient and anger issues just doesn't fit the profile of that previous CEO. Again, just untruths to try to discredit Briar, and, again, possibly by a competitor.
