      Truly a company that’s a family and treats you as such. Very helpful and everyone is hands on in providing the best care or the kiddos .

      I can’t really say there’s any cons because everyone always goes above and beyond.

      Pros

      I love working for BrightBridge because they are an assent-based company, and I feel that approach is beneficial for both the clients we serve and the Behavioral Technicians who support them. They also provide opportunities for community outreach, which is something I truly enjoy. Every person I have met has been incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming.

      Cons

      One challenge I experienced was that after working with a school-based client, I did not have additional clients available in my area once the school year ended. However, I believe that through outreach opportunities and a strong team effort, we can help address this challenge moving forward. I remain optimistic, and so far, I have genuinely loved being part of this company.
