I have been working at BrightHR full-time for less than a year

    Pros

offices are great, theres lots of investment in both the building and the product, the sky ad is great. really easy product to sell as it really does help people and businesses induction is clunky as there is no trainer but there is enough help to get through. you are made to work hard - really hard, but the money is insane.

    Cons

days can be long as you are expected to work all you leads before you go home. team meetings are before your shifts start

I have been working at BrightHR full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Once we had our Tele sales training manager (David Wynne) - We had direction and actually new whether we were going in the right direction. The commission structure is brilliant and so is the actual job role. Takeaway food incentives daily

    Cons

Told one thing for working hours and breaks but it was the opposite. Not a deal breaker. Lack of direction to begin with

I have been working at BrightHR full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is a lot of money to be made here for sales professionals. If you can get to grips with the job, the earning potential is great. Realistic commission structure unlike other places so although hard, it's achievable. If you're a money motivated individual who just wants to get stuck in from the get-go and work hard, you have potential to do well here.

    Cons

On the phones after 3 days. As there is so much to learn about HR I feel it was too early to be thrown onto the phones. Not enough time was given in training to grasp everything, so you have to be confident enough that you will be able to figure it out by yourself. I think this is one of the reasons a few people who started on the same induction have already left. You need to be strong-willed, willing to work hard, and ability to perform under pressure to do well here.

I have been working at BrightHR full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Hard work is rewarded The money you can make here is crazy. Free lunches and/or beer at the end of the day if you hit daily incentive targets

    Cons

Quick decisions in performance (this can be good or bad) if you're doing well, you get give better leads or promoted, if not performing you can be given older leads or demoted - can be rewarding or frustrating depending where you are in the month in relation to target and how you are performing Meetings are done before the work day starts and after the work day ends with half hour for lunch. An hour for lunch would be better

I have been working at BrightHR full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice office, Central Location & thats it.

    Cons

Women are treated much more favourably to men, this comes straight from the person who runs the sales side. He has a weird narcissistic trait, what i mean by that is he believes the entire population of females within the office are in awe of him, it's unfathomable really. This comes from the fact that he is having unprofessional relationships with one or two people here, which in turn creates a toxic working environment. When the non work related gossip spills out onto the floor, you will occasionally see tears from his little circle. (I think that's a bit too far). With the current pandemic we're all facing, the job cuts and redundancies happening wide spread throughout the UK they're using this as a threat. We constantly hear "we have 100 more people ready to take your place". They say this but in reality ,with the 100 people that would step through these doors, 99 would leave within 2 weeks. the turnover in here is incomprehensible, they cant keep staff any longer than a month. All comments are being deleted to cover the fact they’re running a sweatshop.

    Cons

I see previous negative reviews are deleted. unprofessional management creates toxic environment on sales floor. Inter work relationships make everyone else’s lives difficult. leads unfairly distributed because of this
