I have been working at BrightHR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

From the minute you walk in for interview, you know you are going to love this place. The office is the best I have seen in Manchester and really promotes a high energy environment. The fact that all of BrightHR's different departments are on the same floor allow for easy communication to make your life easier. The BrightHR product itself is at such a high quality, it often sells itself!

The rock solid support from the managers and department heads motivate you like no other and with extra incentives going on all the time, it provides ideal working conditions.

The fact there is a garden with bean bags and tents in the middle of the office is funky and every last Friday of the month, we all get together for some food and drink which is a huge bonus!

    - Ideal location for public transport and driving in
    - Plenty of incentives
    - GREAT pay

Best job I have ever had, 10/10 for BrightHR and things will only get better.

    Cons

Like any other job, you get out what you put in. Hardly a negative but BrightHR provide plenty so the least you can do is work hard!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Huge turnaround since the current management team came in and they are always buzzing around the office willing to help and willing to chat! 10/10!!

I have been working at BrightHR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

When I first started at BrightHR i was a little anxious as all my sales experience was face to face and i had never had any telesales experience whatsoever. Now being 2 months in I can honestly say the support network available around you is second to none. My personal development has come on leaps and bounds from the offset. From the initial training to the performance reviews, each session is designed to develop your skill set and push you towards progressing you career.

Add to that a great team where managers and co-workers alike are always more than willing to help you out if needed!

There's a good social calendar where people actually want to spend time with each other after work too. A real enjoyable working experience

    Cons

The only con i have is that the hot water machine is currently out of order so i struggle to get my caffeine fix.

I have been working at BrightHR full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Open, bright (no pun intended) and busy office
    - Relaxed atmosphere
    - Productive people - everyone here wants to work hard
    - Free fruit on a Wednesday!

    Cons

    - Sometimes there's no meeting room available, but there's still the open-plan shared areas which can be used.

    Advice to Management

    - Keep on employing the right people and keep motivating everyone by being present, approachable and enthusiastic.

    I worked at BrightHR full-time

    Pros

    Nice open office, that's it.

    Cons

Poor communication via manager. No support or help offered, just sales pressure applied immediately. Data you call is outdated and low quality.

    Advice to Management

Be more approachable and welcoming. The culture promoted on interview stage is not the reality of the role.

I worked at BrightHR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice space to work in.

    Cons

Sales were all cold calls when in the interview it was propositioned as more than this. Staff are generally treated quite well from the time I was there, although there are times especially on the sales team where they treat staff in a way which is completely against the company values they promote.
It is incredibly micro managed. Considering it is a HR product, they should train the staff to a level they feel comfortable rather than dismissing them. I experienced a lot of dismissals.

    Advice to Management

    Don't micro manage.
