Very positive employees Very helpful colleagues that know what they're doing Very nice induction Paid for training (where course is relevant to your role) Mental health days

Cons

Startup mentality of always being switched on US based company which makes working in your timezone difficult sometimes - especially if colleagues are in different timezones. It's hard to feel secure in your position sometimes

Some people are nice but all overworked The only ones to succeed are those that dint push back on the exec team.

Cons

Ridiculous hours. No consideration for personal time or boundaries. Inadequate review process. Delivery team that does not understand SAMD. Exec team that is disillusioned and selling a platform that doesn’t exist.....vaporware.
