The office is 100% open and without any partition and meeting rooms, it will be quite troublesome if meeting or discussion is needed because all the other employees can hear you while they are working on their own tasks. Additionally, although the boss is quite friendly, but he does not really take care of his employees. He is quite authoritarian, he assigned tasks to you and expect you to complete it without any excuses although it is an impossible mission. Also, he did not put much attention on the employees' welfare as there was totally 0 communication between the departments, and there is no such activities to increase the teamwork and bonding with each other.
