      Working at Brighter Strides ABA in Herndon has been a truly positive experience. The entire team including the center staff, clinical directors, leads, and scheduling coordinator works together to provide high quality ABA services. There is a strong focus on teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement which creates a supportive and encouraging environment. RBTs receive great training and ongoing support to help them grow in their roles. The clinic culture is friendly, professional, and focused on client success. Management genuinely cares about both staff and families. Pros: Competitive salary, caring management, flexible scheduling, great teamwork, and a culture that values growth and collaboration.
