Pros
Other staff on my level were lovely and I still see them. Alright hours if you are a student.
Cons
Zero hours with no holiday pay yet unable to say no to certain days. Upper management rude. Made to feel like you are always being watched on CCTV. You can be stuck up a cold tower for hours on end without being swapped. Poor communication caused by constant new rules. Hypocritical rules for lower staff. Pay is minimum with no danger pay or consideration of responsibility.
