Pros

13th month salary Yearly bonus Medical benefit Leave on public holiday following perak government leave calendar

Cons

In my opinion, this position requires at least an intermediate level of SAP knowledge. Upon joining, there was no structured onboarding or introductory training provided. New employees were expected to learn on the job and rely on senior staff for guidance, despite those employees already being occupied with their own responsibilities and workload. One of the main challenges in this department is the management style. Employees often have to be mindful of the superior’s mood on a daily basis, as communication can be inconsistent and, at times, unprofessional. There have been instances where staff were reprimanded publicly in the production office, which can create a stressful and uncomfortable working environment. This department is certainly demanding and may not be suitable for everyone. Compared to other departments, the management approach here appears to be less level-headed and more challenging to navigate.
