I want to share my experience with this company, with has unfortunately been the worst of my entire working life. What I went through there felt like a real nightmare. The work environment was extremely toxic. Managers displayed racist attitudes and completely unaceeptable behaviour toward employees. I experienced constant bullying, a lack of respect, and zero support. My efforts were never valued or appreciated.
Instead of motivating or encouraging a healthy workplace , the comments I received were often degrading and humiliating . Nothing was ever good enough for them. The lack of professionalism , empathy and basic manners was evident every single day.
THE COMPANY'S PHILOSOPHY ABOUT " CARING FOR EMPLOYEES" IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH. It is a message that is not reflected at all in how staff are actually treated in UK Stores.
If you continue to ignore this reality, you are not only harming your employees, but also damaging the credibility and integrity of the company you represent. It is time to take accountability , reflect seriously on you conduct and make real changes, because what is happening now is not just wrong , it is INDEFENSIBLE.
