      Pros

      The pay isn’t terrible, but they will lie to you about your bonuses and not pay what they promised.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? After several years working with other property management companies, this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. From misleading employees about bonuses and failing to pay them, to managers leaving the office at 2 PM for happy hour, leaving you to manage everything alone in a sinking ship. This company clearly doesn't value its hardworking employees, which is why they've lost their two most experienced staff members in under 90 days.

      - Most co-workers are great and supportive. Really depends on property. -Lot's of checks and balances

      Cons

      -Will systematically bully you out of the company. -Unrealistic expectations of workload. Intentionally understaffed. - Supports ownership groups who break fair housing laws in multiple ways. -Multiple co-minglings and crossed boundaries in the nepotism and relationship side of things.
