Pretty poor

Pros

Some nice people who are genuinely trying to help clients. Flexible working culture (although had to be dragged kicking and screaming here by the pandemic)

Cons

Going nowhere fast with an inept and clueless ELT. Salaries, bonuses and benefits well below market, DEI has been talked about for a long time but nothing meaningful has happened.

Pros

1) Intelligent and committed employees. 2) More ethical than some competitor companies.

Cons

1) Constant IT problems. 2) Failure to invest in support staff leads to client facing staff being swapped with general admin and billing tasks. 3) Generally uninspiring leadership with a hardwired “austerity mindset”; cost control is worse than it’s ever been. 4) Lack of employee engagement, wellness, CSR or diversity/inclusion initiatives. 5) Poor base salary, poor bonus (likely to be worse at the next round than any of the Xerox or Conduent years!) and laughably stingy so-called incentive programs. 6) Unrealistic expectations around the level of new business that consultants can generate from their own networks. If it was that easy many of us would’ve set up on our own!
