      Pros

      Nice and relaxed, bonuses at the end of year! Good people on the floor

      Cons

      Management is just a group of friends on a power trip. Long hours, basically requires overtime or you deal with toxic energy. If you don’t bend over backwards for management this place will not serve as a career option.

      Not well organised. Owner can be rude and doesn't seem to give a toss you work for him. Double standards and not much room for growth.
