This is one of the best organizations I've been a part of in my career. The people are caring, work is challenging, and the company has plans for serious growth in the coming months and years. And they take "virtual-first" seriously ... working remotely from just about anywhere has enormous advantages. Assembly also takes something else seriously ... work-life balance. They rarely require anything from me after hours, and the summer holiday early release plan is a bonus I haven't found in many other places.
