      Some initial opportunities to learn, and a few employees genuinely cared about the work.

      Cons

      The CEO frequently promised improvements and opportunities that never materialized. Employees were stretched too thin, and expected to take on multiple roles without additional pay. The long-term vision kept changing, making it impossible to build a stable career here. Leadership was more focused on appearances than actually addressing employee concerns. The overall experience was exhausting and unsustainable.

      Things looked good and fun at the beginning but it doesn't last long.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and rude employees and management. There's no respect and workplace was full of gossip and drama! This horrible attitude makes a toxic environment and fresh employees get affected the most.

      I enjoy working with my great teammates.

      Cons

      The leadership of BuildEd is detached from the employees and the real conditions of the workplace. Our supervisors don't seem to care about our well-being and have no idea how to solve the issues we face at work. The employeee turnover rate is relatively high, and I'm not surprised given the kind of leadership we have.
