      Pros

      Great staff Flexible hours Excellent training in customer service Great environment Creating lifetime memories with guests Wonderful back of house staff

      Cons

      Management is very shady and can be extremely unprofessional What essentially had happen to me was that a few days after i submitted my 2 week notice I was supposedly "fired". This information was not clearly communicated to me, and I did not find out until after i had shown up for my shift. Extremely disappointing that an otherwise amazing experience was turned sour by poor upper management actions.

      Zero other than it was a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Illegal business practices. The owner was completely irrational. Treated employees worse than slaves. Refused to pay people properly. Only reason he hasn’t been sued is because of the hassle it actually takes to sue someone.
