Seems good initially and you’ll be promised the earth. They are good at posting fake Glassdoor reviews as you will see if you scroll down.
Cons
Treated like a commodity to be sold to the highest bidding client regardless of the location. No regard for work life balance. Training is an after thought. They make a lot of claims about benefits that never materialise. Graduates beware you are selling your soul, your home life, and any opportunity for progression so that BDP can make a quick buck off you.
